Hi, Here is a reminder of the Group Critic, which start next week: * 12 March 3-6pm (3 students): Nadine Franc Pleun * 14 March 4-6pm(2 students) Giulia and Max * 19 March 4-6pm (2 students): Emily Karina The purpose of the crit is for you to present and receive feedback from others on your graduation project's developments. It is meant to help you understand how others are reading your work, but also serve to provide an overview and detect overlaps between projects, and as a warm up for the assessments. For 2nd years presence and participation in the 3 group crits is mandatory. For 1st years: presence is optional, but it would be great if you come to give a hand to second year's with their projects. We will be following the structure: **15min:** You begin by showing your recent developments towards your graduation project. This can take the form you think it best communicates your intentions - a workshop, a performance a networked piece, a book, a website. The focus should be in your recent efforts. *Avoid justifying the work you are presenting or speculating how what you are presenting will lead to a graduation work*. **30min:** The rest of the group discusses what they saw/heard/did, expressing opinions, questions, criticism. You remain silent during that time, but attentive to the discussion. You can also choose to record it or annotate it. **15min:** You are is free to join the discussion and share your point-of-view on the questions and issues raised.
