As quickly as I could meant I had to be creative sourcing parts. I disassembled them from my own scanner at home in Belgium. I included: * two tempered glass plates with 45° angle on one side * four replacement wheels (you should have received the plastic ones with a bearing in the middle!) * the big wooden part * a bolt with a loop and the end cap that belongs with it You'll be able to track the package at https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/search?itemCode=CE927061949BE&lang=en as soon as I bring it to the post office tomorrow Wednesday morning. The photos are in the attachment: 1 of the front/backplates 1 cradle angle 1 end nut 1 wooden wheel (all 4 pieces arrived, but 1 was damaged) 1 of the glass plates was broken. We ordered a new one (normal glass instead of hardened glass, because the delivery time of hardened glass was quite long). If making the glass plate takes a lot of extra time, then I think it's better to not send a new one. Because we will have a spare plate here anyway. Then the other parts could be sent quicker.
