manual updates

Hi all,
There was a Bibliotecha workshop in October and it was fun! As a result,
there are a few updates to the manual now published! A short summary:
- A better summary of the install options: https://manual.bibliotecha.info/#go-slow-make-a-plan
- There is a pre-made SD-card available now: https://manual.bibliotecha.info/#cloning
- Photos added to the prerequisites section to help setup planning: https://manual.bibliotecha.info/#prerequisites
- The manual now supports "Raspberry Pi OS" (minor changes for new naming of "Raspian Buster")
I sent a few pre-made SD-cards today in the post to Amsterdam! If anyone
else is interested in getting some "plug and play" Bibliotecha SD-cards
then drop me a mail. We can sort costs and I can pass send them also :)
